- My name is Stewart - I'm a real estate consultant, team leader, property owner/investor.
- I joined Propnex Realty Pte Ltd in year 2012 before graduating from University. As someone originally from a lower income family, my dream was to own a property before the age of 30.
- Given the latest real estate trainings and learning platforms from Propnex, I practised the skills taught over time and assisted my clients in building their wealth by assets planning. Within 3 years, I have achieved my dream of becoming a multi properties owner before the age of 29.

In 2018, we hosted our inaugural Christmas team lunch, marking the start of a cherished annual tradition. This event has become a cornerstone of our team culture, offering a special opportunity for everyone to come together, set work aside, and celebrate our collective achievements while fostering stronger bonds.
In 2023, we are introduced our first formal team gathering and corporate photo shoot, a new milestone in our ongoing efforts to strengthen team cohesion and celebrate our professional identity.
Social Contributions – Coming from a neighborhood school, I find great joy in inspiring kids who, like me, started with limited resources. I firmly believe that anyone can achieve the successes of their mentors.
